"Good to have a weekly Check in but sometimes feels forced as its so regular."

What do you like best about Weekly10? Good as a weekly check in touchpoint and good that we can give shoutouts to colleagues. What do you dislike about Weekly10? As its so regular and formulaic, answers sometimes feels forced and if the week has been average it feels like a negative rahterh tna just comfortable or mananging. sometimes there isnt alweays something that has been acheived. Would be great to show this in a postive way ratehr than marking the score lower. and only talking about ...

What do you like best about Weekly10? How quick and easy it is to use, very user friendly, it intergrates with microsoft teams seamlessly. What do you dislike about Weekly10? Nothing comes to mind. Potentially would like to fill in on mobile unaware of app? What problems is Weekly10 solving and how is that benefiting you? A weekly touch base with line manager which is quick and effective

The data and insights are really useful as HR / People Manager What do you dislike about Weekly10? It is sometimes hard to troubleshoot when things dont work from a tech or process side of things. There needs to be much more written / video support available as currently, I rely on one support person who ...

"Very quick and effective, not too time consuming and can fit into your schedule."

What do you like best about Weekly10? The short, snappiness of it. The old system we used included quite a significant time investment, this is quick and easy to fit within a busy schedule. It's also a great way to give colleagues feedback, and it's so rewarding to see when you get praise from others using the 'in-Teams' notofications. What do you dislike about Weekly10? Sometimes the week reviews could come around too quickly, especially if you have had some time off. It'd be good if these ...

I like weekly10 as it reminds me each week to reflect on the achievements and positives of the week, as well as highlighting members of the team that have made a good impact.
