Fast response with the dev team. From time to time I run into troubles (especially in the beginning not understanding the platform), support provides answers to every point of my inquiry. The website making product is getting better and better and I'm thrilled that they made changes in the last 3 months that made life better as a web designer. Thumbs up @ Webstarts team.

A good solution
Good, stable website builder. Could use a panel in other languages. The RoadMap look good. Although I don't know if it is updated? I don't have room for feedback.
