WebStarts is amazing

Webstarts.com really surprised me with how personable and helpful their customer service was. I was not expecting them to go above and beyond to find out why I wanted to make a website and how to best use their products. It was cool to see a company that actually wanted my business to do well and not just their business.

Never Trust Webstarts

I've worked with Webstarts through a client that started with them. Here's the major issues: - They have HORRIBLE customer service. Like, worse than the DMV. No joke. - They don't renew your domain when you pay for them to renew your domain. - They charge you $30 to renew a domain, which is 200% more than any other company out there. - Their website and coding customizability is downright pitiful. Outstanding web design platform

In my opinion this would have to be the easiest and best website platform I have used. I currently manage five websites and it's so easy to update or reconfigure at any time. the back up service is great and not a problem to help with a fix. I would highly recommend there products to anyone

Webstarts was perfect for our e-commerce site!

We needed a user friendly host for our e-commerce website. We had experience with a few others, but not knowing how to write code made it impossible. When we found webstarts we knew we had landed at the right place. Customer support has been very good and so far our website is looking good!

Knowing no code and not being very computer literate, I was able to create web pages that were quickly recognized by Google search engines and with great rankings. They also have phone support by real people with real answers to my questions.

Easy to Learn, Familiar Interface

I used Webstarts to build a website for an independent record label I was managing. I was able to create a no frills, professional looking website. With their Web Statistics program (extra fee but well worth the investment) saw who exactly was visiting my site, and where in the world they were browsing from. i also created an e-commerce store to sell digital downloads of the artist's music - and create a client database of anyone who had purchased from me so I could send a follow up email! ...
