Useful, Honest and Prompt
I always get useful, honest and prompt advice from the team whenever I need to reach out for help or guidance on how to resolve an issue. I find the dashboard and the editing interface intuitive and fairly easy to work with and the team are making improvements to it all the time.

I am an older person with limited…
I am an older person with limited knowledge of computers and how they work. Consequently, I have had various issues with Webstarts with regards to my website, with set up problems, etc., and also with my subscription. Webstarts has always responded quickly, helpfully and respectfully to my questions. I highly recommend this company.

I HAVE USED WEBSTARTS FOR OVER 20 YEARS ON MULTIPLE WEBSITES...ACTUALLY ALMOST 15 OF THEM AND THEY ARE HELPFUL AND ANSWER AND HAVE GREAT VIDEOS ON HOW TO DO THINGS AND WHEN ITS REALLY TOUGH, JUST WRITE THEM A NOTE AND THEY ARE HERE TO HELP. I THINK THEY RULE FOR DO IT YOURSELF WEBSITES!
