Getting our new website up and running should have been more difficult but all went very smoothly as the technical support team was very helpful and accessible when we needed them!

They have an even better interface than before and almost anyone with a small bit of Internet skill can set up their site in no time. Customer service is quite good, I have seen some reviews where people have complained, but there is always a way to contact someone. I wish the blog section had a few more formatting options. Very easy to use, great for beginners, but with some very minor limitations for more advanced users

POSITIVES - Webstarts is a simple, easy to use platform. Anyone can master the very user-friendly drop and drag format, without any experience or advanced technical ability. It's also very affordable, which is great for anyone starting out! NEGATIVES - I have experienced a couple of minor technical glitches along the way. For example, when I return to edit the site, some fonts and layouts have 'magically' changed etc. I have experienced a few too many emails from the company trying to ...

They will get better.

A Great Web Provider

I've been with webstarts for a number of years.. Kept looking for better sites but always decided on them. For the cost this is a great provider with options and apps not collectively found on any other site. Webstarts continues to give good service before, during and after you become a member. I'm a consumer just like you and I can tell you that WebStarts beats them all in both quality and price.

I have my web site with Webstarts for the past four years, from building and designing the pages to finishing uploading videos and graphics was always a very easy procedure.
