worked great for me as a first timer

Overall experience so far has been excellent. Only problem has been that sometimes the default color of the text is white. And sometimes when I hyperlink it changes the text color. Same problem with contact form. Easy fix when you realize what's going on.

Webstarts is the easiest for new beginners and Pros alike!

Wonderful Free Service, Paying is even better

I wish the website had a bit more flexibility. Rather than having a hundred different boxes on each page, however, I am very pleased so far with how it is all going through webstarts. I would absolutely recommend them to friends

I read a bit of the tutorial when I got stuck and then it was easy. Then I added $27/year to include the mobile phone app. Easy again. The support people are great. Webstarts really made it easy to build your own website

i built my website as a free website first. it was very easy, like a word document, you can write everything you want people to see, add photos, links, html codes etc. as my business started to grow i decided to make the website more professional and i bought the business plan. i got my own domain, a professional email address and an outstanding customer service. I totally recommend building your website with webstars.

I have had lots of experience with Web based programs, especially those that offer DROP AND DRAG features. So far Webstarts has given me the most reasons to use them, especially with their under advertised WHITE LABEL feature. You are not over priced and I have never had any major problems getting to talk to someone when I needed help. AWESOME!

Customer Service Was Excellent

The company was wonderful! Being new to the whole business I did need my hand held a bit and when I made a mistake, all I did was send a quick little note asking for help and there was a response with a fix in a very short time. To add to the service they even followed up with me to ensure I understood and everything was ok. Excellent!
