Amazing web hosts, AMAZING customer service!

I have tried to find reason to walk away…
A few times I have tried to find reason to walk away from WebStarts... but every time I do they always SHOCK me, by not only resolving my issue, but pointing out other things their software is capable of doing that I never even thought about. Exactly what I was looking for
Totally worth the price they charge. Very easy to use. I like that since I am just starting, I have the option to purchase other things as I need them instead of having to buy the whole thing up front. For example I wasn't sure if I needed a "branded" email address and then after some thought I went with it. They didn't price gouge me for not adding it right away. I am very happy and would recommend WebStarts to anyone looking to set up their first website!

Webstarts total RIP-OFF!!!
Webstarts recently made two unauthorized charges- EARLY and without my permission! I did NOT 'officially renew' as I'd been EXTREMELEY dissatisfied- especially after talking to some 'moron' by phone who didn't know his a** from his elbow, was very 'wiseguy' attitude etc! So, they totally deleted our site ( which the basic site is supposed to be FREE!!
