disappointment
I was truly disappointed, when i was looking online for a site where i can find template, i truly liked the advert and was impressed with how the site was describe but, i encountered some issue did not find anyone to help, template was limited, my pictures were not saved and when i try to contact customer services it did not work had to went to a forum to ask for help they did help but still i did not felt like a customer, i felt like a person who was in need and have to find solution by ...

No thanks
Started a "free website" then a week later was unable to access the page. The only way to get support was to "pay" for the service.

I can't find any technical support
It's bad experience to belt up your website and you can't find in Google , when you try to contact support teem there's nothing or you have to pay extra money to get reply , So please advice to get my money backWael kandil

I am very much disappointed with the services provided by webs. They always deactivate my sites made on webs. It's very much unfair and irritating too. I didn't violate any rules still I face this problem. I contacted them still problem persists. They don't clarify about the exact reason of deactivating of my sites.

Honestly,I always thought that how can i use a website with the design what i like for free. I search in google for free websites. Then i saw webs.
