Freewebs became webs
It all started to go downwards as soon as they dropped "free" from their name.. The editor became very limited, and no new features ever since. You can't even add HTML anymore to your website. But worst of all was.. they REMOVED all of my "web coins" (2000) from my account. They were worth around 50 euro, and they just removed it without any warning upfront or without any refund. This is just stealing....

WHY??
After paying for the premium package I was left horrified when my website was down the same day and continued to be down for over a month. How this company is surviving I will never know. The difference between what the online chat staff were saying about downtime compared to the emails I was recieving were totally different. I asked for my money back as it was just one day of paying, it dragged out to 36 days, I was then told that the only offer a 30 day money back contract. If anyone is ...

Site down for 3 weeks.
My site has been innefective for 3 weeks. Started with no access to the site, followed by unable to edit and now the latest problem - images not found. Webs acknowledge it is their problem. And still no decent access to my site. Sounds like there is not enough technical ability at Webs.com

Limited Features
It's okay, but I can only use limited features now. HTML code is no longer editable and it won't let me create more than 5 pages anymore, which is sad. I can't even afford premium.

It has been degraded day by day.
Day by day, all the services provided to free users have reduced. That is the reason I have stopped using it

Ongoing Issues and Poor Support
Having had a site with Webs for more than a year it is frustrating that the same problems regarding site access and image inconsistencies have not been solved.I am of the opinion that Webs do not have adequate technical ability to resolve these issues.If you are looking for a reliable service that can offer prompt resolution of problems then perhaps you should look elsewhere but please do your research before committing your time and money.
