Very very DISAPOINTED
Very very DISAPOINTED! BOUGHT premium plan for 12 month, and few days ago then you typing my web name it redirects to https (my web http) and then shows that website doesnt exist and offers to BUY MY domain!!! Im trying to contact them for 3 days but no any response!!!

Virkelig god service- Jeg lavede en webshop og havde betalt for et abonnement. Jeg skrev ind til Webnode da jeg slet ikke var tilfreds med mit design. De hjalp mig med at overføre mine produkter over til et andet design jeg bedre kunne lide, og ovenikøbet blev mit medlemskab forlænget. Dog er det øv betalingen ikke er helt så god, da man kan bestille uden at betale (betaling skal benyttes manuelt)

Would not use, lack of customer service
Really poor customer service. There is no live support available and worse yet, they don't timely respond to email. Microsoft and I have invested at least 10 hours trying to resolve email issues. Webnode has been unavailable throughout the entire process. Microsoft support is asking me questions that I have been sending to webnode, but they haven't responded. I get auto reply emails from Mike Svacha all the time. I have also tried emailing premium at webnode.com. I have asked my credit card ...

Je recommande vivement ce service. Le module de base permet de créer un site fonctionnel, répondant aux codes et contraintes actuelles. Il permet également une configuration et une création souple. Enfin, le service client est extrêmement réactif, avenant et sympathique.

Более 10 лет работала с Webnode. 3 года назад начали делать маленькие проблемки...типа места не хватает, купите наш пакет и все буде хорошо , купила...потом оплатила домен за год вперед, потом еще год, а в этом году они без моего ведома ,типа автоматом,( галочку я не сняла) сняли с карты за 2 года вперед.Когда я увидела что с карты сняли 55 доларов я написала им свое возмущение, но в ответ полная тишина. контакт в виде телефона на себя никто не пишет! начала писать письма, в переписке даже ...
