Truly incredible product
What do you like best? Transforming product. I do not know how we managed without it. They have literally thought of everything. We built our entire service around it. What do you dislike? I have to say, I think the quality support has dropped of support has dropped in the last few months (?since formstack purchase? but still great support that invariably addresses any issue. Recommendations to others considering the product: I cannot recommend it highly enough What problems are you ...

Terrific!! Fantastic product and great support!!
What do you like best? Since conquering the product, my favourite part aside from it itself, is the support. You can a question and Jeremy gets back to you with the exact answer. This is fantastic! There is no frustrating long wait time and his response is always right! What do you dislike? The only downside is the absence of clear step by step instructions as to the integration of WM with other apps like zapier and gravity forms. It took me an incredibly long time to work it all out. ...

Automation Made Easy
What do you like best? WebMerge makes creating documents from form submissions on our website a breeze. I love the fact that it makes our application process so much more streamlined. What do you dislike? It takes some time and technical know-how to get it set up, especially if you create your own document template. But it's basically set it and forget it, once you do. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have some long form applications on ...

Easy to use but powerfull
What do you like best? It's easy to configure if you have experience with building templates and has a lot of routing and output options. Suitable for integration projects and you can rely on it to generate complex documents with custom fonts. What do you dislike? The price is high if you consider the other services, like Docmosis. Recommendations to others considering the product: See if your project needs all the features the WebMerge offers. If not, maybe go with a cheaper ...

Good customer service for a tool that does what it says it does
What do you like best? The tool works exactly as expected and enables me to do something that would otherwise have been impossible without expensive web design. I must have sent at least 10 emails while I was setting it up but Grant was very patient and helpful throughout the process. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike - working well for me. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Enabling researchers to write the impact sections of their ...

Huge Time Saver
What do you like best? I love the integration with Zapier! A powerhouse of a duo! What do you dislike? Honestly. That I have to pay for it. As they say though, “All the best things in life cost a minimum of $29 with the option of staying on a free trial.” They do say that right? Just kidding though. No dislikes from me. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simply taking data from a parsed purchase order and importing that data into ...

Webmerge is the best!
What do you like best? The ability to customize everything. Using the smarty template engine allows for a lot of functionality. The conditional logic makes it incredibly powerful. The support is awesome! Don't know if it's Jeremy each time or not, but the response is quick and actually helpful. Ties in beautifully with Salesforce. It just works! What do you dislike? Could be easier to modify, some formatting issues. These are only cons if you don't have a technical person to manage. ...
