Are you using WebinarJam?
Spotsaas Editor’s POV
WebinarJam works best for teams running 5–50 webinars per year with audiences under 5,000 concurrent participants. Before shortlisting, verify that the platform's live broadcast delay (typically 2–5 seconds) meets your tolerance for real-time interaction. Test the polling and chat features during your demo—these are core to engagement but require manual ...Read more

Better than adobe connect
What do you like best? I liked that I could upload slides and run power point presentations through with the audience. When I used adobe connect I had this problem What do you dislike? I dislike the lack of privacy in live streams - when I wanted to do a closed stream with my team (who are from all over) about unpublished results I realized there were people accessing it that were not invited. Recommendations to others considering the product: check out the trial for sure. ...

Definitely my favorite webinar software
What do you like best? WebinarJam allows you maximum control over the webinar experience. For anyone who sells products or services via webinar, you know the need to have things happen in a very precise fashion, such as videos rolling and/or showing PowerPoint slides. I can easily add those into my presentation and seamlessly transition back and forth between them. What do you dislike? I miss some of the old templates for the Thank You pages. I wish it was easier to make those nice ...

My favorite webinar tool, and I've tried a ton
What do you like best? It's so easy to use, it has unique features that help you sell- pop up offers with count downs that create urgency, sales notifications, evergreen webinars that sell for you while you sleep, it's cheap. What do you dislike? I can't think of anything I dislike and I've found other webinar tools like gotowebinar to be dated and clunky. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's great for customer acquisition, ...

New Update to Webinar Jam makes it WAY Easier to run live video
What do you like best? Webinar Jam with the web RTC Jam Room upgrade is a great way to run live video presentations online. The features are really powerful and setup is easy. As a direct response marketer, the features in Webinar Jam cater to this style of marketing really well. They let you do everything from upload your slide presentation beforehand (which all of your presenters can control remotely), get your offer ready making a hyperlink show up in the chat whenever you want to, ...

Good webinar tool for a reasonable price
What do you like best? Price, as we're a startup, and we have a lot of webinars where numbers of attendees at single webinar even reach to 2000 - the price comparing to competitors is great. What do you dislike? Not enough integrations with marketing automation tools, sometimes it doesn't work (occasionally, it's not a typical issue). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Acquiring new leads, training customers, lead nurturing.

Webinar Jam - Great and inexpensive webinar solution
What do you like best? The tool is really complete and integrates perfectly within our existing marketing solutions ecosystem. What do you dislike? The back office of the tool could use some polishing. It's not intuitive enough to put together an advanced webinar session. Another thing is that you can upload powerpoint presentations to the platform, but the animations won't work (though you can solve the problem with screen sharing). Recommendations to others considering the ...

Great functionality, but where's the privacy?
What do you like best? This is super easy to use, and best of all - it doesn't require my attendees to download any software like zoom does. What do you dislike? I can't get my live streams to stay private, I always have people who have not been given the private link attending the live event. I have contacted support about this several times, have followed all of their instructions, but there's still a loophole somewhere. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...
