Spotsaas Editor’s POV

WebinarJam works best for teams running 5–50 webinars per year with audiences under 5,000 concurrent participants. Before shortlisting, verify that the platform's live broadcast delay (typically 2–5 seconds) meets your tolerance for real-time interaction. Test the polling and chat features during your demo—these are core to engagement but require manual ...Read more

Easy to use for first timers delivering professional results

What do you like best? The marketing elements allow you to customise emails. We do not have a marketing department per se but the software is easy to navigate and the tutorials helpful. Once you have set up one webinar all others are very easy to follow. What do you dislike? I haven't seen many downsides. If I had a wish list I would like to add a better follow up feedback questionnaire to be sent to the attendees after the webinar. It would also be helpful if the presenters could ...

It was good experience!

What do you like best? It was smooth broadcasting. We didnt have any technical trouble. What do you dislike? Wish that we could split the screen as one side "presentation", the other side "presenter". This is the only negative thing I saw. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We really did could interact with our customers. That was nice.

Webinarjam for teaching

What do you like best? I can have many participants, there are many features, you can replay the webinar What do you dislike? The delay when I do a webinar. I have to be logged in as a regular participant to see the chat log in real time. The participants can fast forward on the replay link. They have to see the whole webinar, although they may want to skip some parts Recommendations to others considering the product: It is a great program with many advanced features ...

Good for the invitation stand point, but bunch of limitation on the "live

What do you like best? The registration process for the attendees, decent flexibility in the creation of personalized registration and thank you pages. What do you dislike? First, in the a modern webinar it is common to have a Presentation with videos included. With this system, you cannot broadcast a presentation with animations and videos. They suggest to load your presentation (if made with the common presentation software) and they convert for the streaming but with tons of ...

I couldn't image a company with worse customer service

What do you like best? The software works better than the competitors to my knowledge, which is unfortunate because the company is absolutely awful (and the software doesn't even work that well either, just better than the other options). What do you dislike? I dislike that because the other softwares in this space just aren't that good, I don't have much option but to work with EW. Their customer service is the worst example of how customers ought to be treated. The company ...

Excellent Experience! Sign Up Fields could be more customizable.

What do you like best? We've had a great experience with WebinarJam, so far we've trained more than 50,000 SMEs with all of our webinars. It´s a very friendly platform. What do you dislike? We use our own platform for the Sign Up as we need to have more fields. But overall, a very good experience with webinarjam. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Online trainings
