They didn't ask for this review--I was just so impressed that as a small business owner myself, I decided to leave one, lol.When I first started using WebinarJam, their customer service was so-so. And when I had issues, things weren't resolved. I thought I canceled at the time of my last issue but apparently I hadn't.
