Webflow Support is really bad

Webflow Support is really bad. They do not answer on your questions and have a standard reply with "Have you tried incognito?" for every single question. Yes I have, if you even would have watched the loom recording I have made you would have known that I also had the multiple bugs in incognito. Ofcourse they can't replicate the bug and everything works fine all the time at their place.. Sure.. Multiple accounts have the same issue, on multiple different desktops on different places.. Webflow support...,First we loved this tool. But the last 2-3 years it's becoming buggier. And support start doing a worse job everyday.Support times are now almost up to 1-2 weeks. and all the answers are automated. Dont think i ever spoke to a realy person the first 2-3 emails with webflow support.WE dont suggest using webflow at the moment because their is something wrong with this company.Even seen reports of webflow staff and employees bullying customers online

Wont let me cancel my CMS hosting

Wont let me cancel my CMS hosting. I had to use this feature for an assignment, and tried to remove my credit card instantly after, but it refuses to let you until you enter another valid payment method. I have followed every guide online and emailed support asking to cancel my hosting, and it wont let me.
