Such an easy process to submit expenses

What do you like best? Without any prompting or training, I found webexpenses easy to use, self explanatory and quick. Once submitted, I can see the approval process and what stage the approval is at through to payment. Whether this be corporate expenses or personal, it is clear which I am tracking. Quick, hassle free, super handy

What do you like best? Prior to using this app, I had to use paper forms, scan originals and then post originals. Now I take a photo of a receipt and send it off. Done! What do you dislike? Nothing. Just works. Great tool and would recommend. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not having to keep hold of originals of receipts. Extremely time saving.

A competent and reliable system, but the user experience could be improved and modernised

What do you like best? The system works, and the finance team like it as it tightly integrates with their finance system so expenses get paid quickly (always important!) What do you dislike? The user interface looks dated and can be quite buggy, once you get used to it it's fine and reasonably fast, but it strikes me that webexpenses could really do with hiring some UI experts and graphic designers What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The process is much faster now and I can receive checks sooner too. What do you dislike? How to select a receipt and attach. Attached receipts cannot be reviewed easily. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I don't have to keep my paper receipts forever and I can see the progress of my reimbursements.

Webexpenses has made my life easier

What do you like best? I can do my expenses on the 'live', on the go, where ever I am. Artificial intelligence in the software means I can take a picture of my expense and it will auto-upload to the Webexpenses cloud with the correct date, cost and other information. I have found that I am less likely to lose a receipt and so have fewer missed expenses. What do you like best? The ability to log expenses on the go with the mobile app, taking photos of reciepts, makes this a great tool for field based teams. What do you dislike? Early teething problems, but now speeded up whole expenses process
