What do you like best about Weave? The texting. It is so convenient for the patient and our office. We can text someone while on the phone with another patient. People send us pictures of their insurance cards and it saves so much time. What do you dislike about Weave? What do you like best about Weave? I like the use of templates to address patient's materials coming in and the instant messaging. What do you dislike about Weave? Navigating Weave at first can be confusing, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes easier. "Weave has been easy to use and very user friendly!"
What do you like best about Weave? It is nice being able to text back and forth with our patients directly when they cannot do a phone call. The reminder texts can be customized to your standard which is nice and can increase the amount of times patients come to their appointments. What do you dislike about Weave? What do you like best about Weave? Weave is very easy to use. The patient communication is very easy to navigate. What do you dislike about Weave? The only thing I dislike is that you can not change appointments from the app. What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you? Weave solves our communication problems with our patients. Patients love getting text messages for reminders.

What do you like best about Weave? I love the text message opportunity and I like the way we are able to fax! I like being able to use my cell phone after hours as well. What do you dislike about Weave? It does not remember my password so I have to put it in every time. When your patients are transfered over, you cannot edit them. What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you? I like that it is all streamlined into one system.

What do you like best about Weave? Our office loves Weave. The ability to integrate to Dentrix with appointment requests, etc makes it invaluable. Being able to check messages, schedule and use the app while away from the office is invaluable. What do you dislike about Weave? Down sides of Weave would be having to rely on the internet to be working in order for our phone systems to work. Sometimes ours is variable when it works, so we have to use our cell phones.
