"Simplifying my life"
What do you like best about Weave? Weave is amazing because you can text with patients they can send you a picture of their insurance card or rash and you can response easily. It is convenient to check messages both phone and text away from the office. It will transfer to voicemail at set times and the ease to change and set up new times and voice messages is a great improvement. "Weave has saved our office time and energy in communicating with our patients."
What do you like best about Weave? Call in messages from our office can be recorded as they are needed to meet the situation. We are in control of messages like emergency closings and bad weather notices too. What do you dislike about Weave? I have to sign in with my password each time I open the Weave app on my computer. What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you? A record of phone calls with patients. Communicating by text, too.

"Amazing!"
What do you like best about Weave? Being able to see who is calling, it makes my job effective. Being able to look back at who answers certain calls. Being able to listen back to phone calls. "great phone system"
What do you like best about Weave? texting patients and getting pop up notifications when people answer. we can update the sched quickly as needed. also helps being able to listen to recorded calls if you missed something or if you're having a conversation with a patient and something said gets called into question. "Weave is fantastic"
What do you like best about Weave? We love that once you get your settings right, it pretty much does the work for you. Our patients love that we can send them a quick message that don't require a phone call. What do you dislike about Weave? We wish Weave could send automated messages to home numbers. What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you? Weave saves us so much time by customizing our messages and settings.

What do you like best about Weave? The text feature to me is the best. It allows patients to answer yes, no, confirm, or choose from appointment options. What do you like best about Weave? I like how easy the software is to use and train new staff members. We can communicate easily with our patients. "Easily Accessible"
What do you like best about Weave? Since covid it has made dental life easier. Being able to switch over and take payments from home or the office. What do you dislike about Weave? When it freezes or when the actually terminal doesnt load. I have had problems now with taking HSA or FSA if the patient doesnt do it on the portal. What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to always look at multiple practices at once.

What do you like best about Weave? Ease of use is unbeatable, so nice to have all features on ONE platform instead of going back and forth between services.
