What do you like best about Weave? Where do I even begin with Weave Phones? My experience with their products has been an absolute nightmare. The quality of their phones is abysmal, to say the least. Nothing, it was fine as a phone service and provided a popup of the patient's name when they called in, but for the cost, it was a VERY expensive basic phone system! What do you dislike about Weave? What do you like best about Weave? I like that it's a flat fee, no BS. However, they don't include some services like insurance verification which is annoying. The support has been good and the onboarding experience was smooth. What do you dislike about Weave? It seems like the onboarders are stretched thin. What do you like best about Weave? We transitioned to Weave about a year ago, and it went very smoothly. We love that we can communicate with our patients via text; all appointment confirmations are done automatically saving us time. We also fax through Weave, which saves us a lot of time. What do you like best about Weave? Text to pay, encouraging patients to leave reviews, the mobile app is very helpful as well. What do you dislike about Weave? The cost is really the only down side, beyond that we really enjoy weave. What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you? Collecting payments, easily communicating with patients, adjusting voicemail, communicating with patients from mobile phone.

"Why didn't we switch to Weave sooner!"
What do you like best about Weave? Love how user friendly it is. We can send text reminders, patients have sent us pictures of their mouth so we can triage if its an emergency visit or not.
