What do you like best about Weave? Our old phone system did not have a text feature, so this has been great. I also like that there is a desktop app! What do you dislike about Weave? What do you like best about Weave? I think Weave is a fantastic platform for office use and patient communication. Our office uses the interoffice text/instant message communication feature to communicate with each other during the work day. We also use the text feature to quickly and efficiently communicate with our patients multiple times a day. What do you dislike about Weave? I like that I can message patients about an upcoming appointment, or they can ask questions through the messaging part of the app. I also love the mass communication feature What do you dislike about Weave?
