"Looks cool and is mobile friendly..."
What do you like best about Weave? This customer outreach / VOIP software syncs to several practice management softwares and can be set up to do several things automatically. It is also awesome how when a client calls their info pops up on my screen. I can now see, for example, my schedule on my mobile device. What do you dislike about Weave? "Excellent phone line and computer integration"
What do you like best about Weave? Being able to send business text messages to patients, having caller ID show up on the computers, being able to listen to voicemail on the computer rather than the phone. What do you dislike about Weave? Sometimes the system goes down and when that happens all the phone lines go down which is a huge problem for patient communication. "Weave combines a lot of products into one"
What do you like best about Weave? Weave has great phone systems, external chat, and even management of reviews. What do you dislike about Weave? "Great Features, Poor Service"
What do you like best about Weave? Interoffice chat available making communications between employees easier with out having to pick up the phone. What do you dislike about Weave? Customer service is AWFUL. All communications must be scheduled. Office is 2 months in and not all phones work STILL. "Makes communication easier "
What do you like best about Weave? I love how weave connects to our EMR. This allows us to more efficiently call text or email or patients. What once took hours now can be done in a few minutes. What do you dislike about Weave? You can’t limit the amount of lines that can ring which can be overwhelming. "Customer/Patient Communication"
What do you like best about Weave? Very easy to contact patients via text for scheduling. Can change our voicemails via Slack for holiday closures, etc. What do you dislike about Weave? When adding patient to the database, you have to wait a day to message them. What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you? None.
