What do you like best about Weave? I love the real-time communication that can be achieved through texting What do you dislike about Weave? I wish that companies who use multiple locations, like ours, had more capabilities to customize automatic reminders. What do you like best about Weave? Weave is easy to use and a quick learn! It's easy for patients AND team members. It's great that Weave incorporates multiple tools in one app - payments, real time text, etc What do you dislike about Weave? The team chat feature could be improved. Auto updates would be nice. What do you like best about Weave? At first there were bumps in the transition since we wanted to integrate two separate databases, but their developers worked tirelessly through my impatience to help us overcome hurdles. They have added many new features that are useful and not just gimmicks. I can literally praise almost everything about the software. I drank the Kool-Aid, and I don't care. "Exceeds Expectations"
What do you like best about Weave? My favorite feature is the texting from our business phone number and being able to call from the mobile app on our personal cell phone, but caller ID shows the business number. When doctors answer emergency calls after hours, it is not providing patients with personal cell phone numbers. What do you dislike about Weave? What do you like best about Weave? Pop up window with patient info when calls come in, ease of texting patients, recorded calls. What do you dislike about Weave? Still waiting for online apt scheduling feature after almost 3 years of being told it was in development and would be added soon. What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you? Waiting on online apt ability. Easier communication with patients.

What do you like best about Weave? I like how easy we can communicate with our patients and everyone can see who sent the last message or talked to the patient. What do you dislike about Weave? The new update to the messages. It makes it harder to know if someone replied to the patient. I liked the old unread tab better and wish it would show if someone did read the message who opened it.
