"Excellent tool during COVID"

What do you like best about Weave? How easy it is to use. We could not have gotten thru the shutdown without it What do you dislike about Weave? Sometimes tests don't go thru because the cell carrier detects it as spam What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you? Confirming patients and getting payments

What do you like best about Weave? The ease of the phone, the ease of the app on your desktop where everything is so user friendly What do you dislike about Weave? Nothing! ! ! Everything works so well, I would highly recommend to anyone What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you? Last-minute cancellations. Correspondence between patients.

What do you like best about Weave? The texting capability and the ability to sync with our software. What do you dislike about Weave? There is nothing that I don't like with Weave. What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you? With Weave we are able to communicate with ours faster. I have realized how I don't want to be without Weave.

What do you like best about Weave? Weave is incredibly easy to use - almost exactly like a smartphone, as they intended. Our patients receive timely reminders and can communicate effectively with us, making missed or skipped appointments minimal. Weave has implemented a "wellness form" for the duration of the pandemic which allows us to easily screen patients before they've even come for their appointment, keeping our staff and patients safer. "Exceeds Expectations"

What do you like best about Weave? My favorite feature is the texting from our business phone number and being able to call from the mobile app on our personal cell phone, but caller ID shows the business number. When doctors answer emergency calls after hours, it is not providing patients with personal cell phone numbers. What do you dislike about Weave? What do you like best about Weave? Weave is easy to use and a quick learn! It's easy for patients AND team members.
