What do you like best about Weave? The ease of messaging, text-to-pay, automated messaging, etc. What do you dislike about Weave? Not much - sometimes the program glitches and we get kicked out and have to log back in, but it's not a huge deal. What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you? Faster payment with text-to-pay is one of the best. Another is the number of reminders that can be set up in different ways (text and emails).

"Weave is good for single location practices, but a headache for customizations or multi-locations"
What do you like best about Weave? The software is integrated with our EHR/PMS system and does a "call pop" for incoming calls from our patients. Their demographic, balance, next appt, phone, address, and date of birth are readily available with the incoming call, and simple to confirm the information or a next appointment. What do you like best about Weave? The texting and patient payment via text options are my favorites. What do you dislike about Weave? the faxing system. I like the option to fax out and receive faxes from weave but would like an option to sort by fax # to make searching for previous faxes more efficient. What do you like best about Weave? The messaging feature is very convenient and helpful! It is especially helpful at catching missed calls. Being able to send a message to every call you miss is a game changer! It has made a drastic improvement in our no shows. What do you dislike about Weave? What do you like best about Weave? Weave is a friendlier version of any communication systems we've used before. We were so happy to have it in place already prior to the pandemic. I know alot of practices didn't have this. It's great to communicate with patients that have arrived for their appointments in the parking lot to avoid overcrowding in the lobby. What do you like best about Weave? We can field patient interactions that we would miss when phones are all being used with 2-way texting capabilities.
