They randomly suspended my payments…
They randomly suspended my payments without warning. These also provided no individuals or customer service to have a direct conversation with (on the site I was informed they are "support" and only "account" team members could address my issue). In their email to me they listed over a dozen items I had to provide in order to potentially have my account unfrozen including (and I kid you not) - all my emails, phone calls, and text messages with my customers. "Great platform at no cost"
What do you like best about Wave? Wave does literally everything we were looking for at no base cost. We are able to keep everything we do in one place instead of having to have multiple programs.

Scam project
Have use their services for invoicing along with their Wave Payment to bill my clients. After one month of use when received just another payment of 300$+ they suspended my payments without any explanation, hold funds for 90 days and after refund to customer! Refund my payments for service I have already sold and give to customer! So they just stole my money. Beware of this company because you just lose you money, time and ruin you business

Excellent accounting platform for freelancers and small businesses.
I am a freelancer and have been using Waveaps for about 4 years. Quickbooks and Xero no doubt have more features but Waveapps has all the functionality I need. I just cant get my head round that its completely free! If you are a freelancer and want a simple to use system for invoicing your clients and tracking expenses, Waveapps is perfect.

We currently use the free Accounting…
We currently use the free Accounting side of Wave. It is a great product - for FREE. With the business in its start up phases, paying nothing for a great accounting software is wonderful. The only negative thing I have noticed is the PayPal integration does not auto-sync transactions like bank account integrations. But for a free product, I think I can manage click twice to import the new transactions. In regards to the support; it's a free product. They can't pay an entire team to help ...

"Wave is a good bookkeeping solution for the small business owner"
What do you like best about Wave? When GoDaddy Bookkeeping became cost-prohibitive for my accounting needs, I was on the search for an expensive bookkeeping software. Wave met my needs by offering online software I can access from anywhere and integration with my financial institutions.

"Accounting for Small Business "
What do you like best about Wave? Wave is simple to use, has a beautiful interface, and is constantly coming up with new capacities to help me run my business on my own terms. I like that it is not intimidating and that I can send invoices to clients that are branded and easy to read. The checkouts are a great feature!

"Wave is great"
What do you like best about Wave? I like that you can use it anywhere and that you can use the receipts app and it takes a picture of the receipts and loads it onto wave. It works out your tax for you. It doesn't cost anything, which is great when you start a small business.

2* for Stripe payment system attached…
2* for Stripe payment system attached to invoices! Try partnering up with square instead! Your invoicing system works well however Stripe killed any positive response I had for you.

"Efficient"
What do you like best about Wave? I like the efficiency of the application. I am able to insert my client's information, my business information, my picture logo. I am able to retrieve invoices. I am able to use the application for Accounting in my small business. I am able to send the invoice directly from Wave. I also like that I am able to send payment reminders directly from Wave.
