Great at first. After years with them, switched to Square
Great app and support, at first. Funds were locked for months when the wave credit card was frozen, I could not ascertain where and why. Additionally, it took months to get an accurate answer for resolution. Lastly, my connection to BofA kept failing. I have switched to Square.

"Simple billing app for a fair price"
What do you like best about Wave? It is so easy to create bills and automatically send them, duplicate past bills, and set automatic reminders. There are other offerings I don't currently take advantage of, but for what I use it for it's brilliant. I moved to Wave from Paypal because Paypal raised their prices without my being aware of it. "Good Accounting App for Freelancers and Small Businesses"
What do you like best about Wave? Very easy and practical to use, you dont have to have an accounting background to be able to use Wave. I found it really useful using it to invoice my clients and track payments, etc.

What do you like best about Wave? Very easy to umport bank statements and CSV,s for reconcilliation. Has decent dashboard showing cash flows and profit lossees in the last 12-24 months. I enjoy the expense breakdown section

Worst customer support
This is the worst business that I have ever used. Their customer service is awful! They give themselves 5 to 7 days to respond to your email. No phone support. They do offer text support, but you will have to wait up to one hour or longer in the que. Then the staff, although polite, are not knowledgeable enough to help. I would recommend not using them.

HUGE issues with bank duplication
Bank stopped syncing. Contacted support who told me that it happens sometimes and that would likely return in a few days. It didn't. Tried disconnecting, then connecting -- was not asked how far back to go -- and it went back years. Contacted support who responded quickly that deleting these transactions was required.

Online payments
Online payments - impossible to apply for if you are non-resident! zero support The chat bot says "Processing payments isn't available for businesses located in US territories." .. not the smartest AI bot
