"Ease and Convenience in Bookkeeping"
What do you like best about Wave? I am able to track my receivables and payables in real-time, and a look at my dashboard gives me an overview of how business is faring. The easy to customize invoices are fantastic! And of course! the payment reminders I can send to my credit clients.

It took more than the normal protocol…
It took more than the normal protocol for me to get my money withdrawn from them. First they kept using delay tactics with me in ensuring my money is not given to me by requesting all sort of documents. Later, they requested an exorbitant withdrawal fee which I paid reluctantly. It was when they requested for a document which I had provided earlier, I figured something might be wrong. Wave Stay away from this company
The company has taken it upon themselves to hold onto a bank payment from a client to me. They want all correspondence, contracts, how I found them, if I worked with them before? What the hell is going on, 20K dollars held up for bull s. It’s a bank payment no risk. Stay away from this company

I signed up with them and started processing payments and all of a sudden, they suspended my account for investigation about my clients. I provided them with all the information requested, but yet they've decided to keep all my payouts (10's of thousands of dollars) for 120 days before releasing, if no payer ask for refund. They "REVIEW" your account and hold your payouts. They are holding USD 1000 for three weeks and counting... Don't trust this company. Worst decision ever.

Stole clients $ Wave has no phone# and does not respond…
Wave has no phone# and does not respond to support. They have taken $2300 from a client of mine through ach when I do not have an payment account with wave. I never used wave for payments and had this feature turned off. However ach accepted appeared on an invoice I sent and now and customer support will not respond or refund transaction.

Scam of a company
This company will take your money, not approve your account and when asked why, will state "compliance" reasons without giving a legit answer. They are completely against protecting police officers and keeping them safe. TRUST the other reviews and steer clear of this POS company.
