"Great Accounting Software for SMBs"

What do you like best about Wave? Wave is a great low-cost alternative to more expensive software packages like Quickbooks, with the same functionality. Add ons make it a robust package without breaking the bank. It allows me to do most of the things I need without needing to be in front of a computer (it is mobile-friendly) and pass off the quarterly and payroll items to my accountant without losing control.

"An affordable option, but you get what you pay for. Overall poor customer support experience."

What do you like best about Wave? It's one of the more affordable options out there, and if you use it out of the box, there is not a lot of complexity to it. What do you dislike about Wave?

"Open to cash flow faucet"

What do you like best about Wave? One of my favorite income-producing activities with Wave is turning on the recurring invoice feature for clients who opt for booking my media and creative business growth services by annual retainer. In one task, Wave takes care of the payment processing long-term. Yay!

"Simple & Easy"

What do you like best about Wave? How easy WAVE is to use when sending my clients invoices. I love that it gives you the option to select when you want it to send out reminders if an invoice hasn't been paid. The reporting options are also beneficial, especially when it comes to tax season and wrapping up the fiscal year. WAVE makes everything easier.

Better off with anyone else

I had originally switched from Freshbooks to Waveapp. It was going ok, but when I had a client dispute a charge, the Waveapp team (Krista G) was no help in disputing the charges. I had pictures of the service provided and emails from the client stating they loved the items. I had refunded part of the original payment because the client ended up having less work done than they had originally thought they'd need. Waveapp ended up refunding the original amount, so I was now negative cash and ...

"Unbeatable features and service for the price - which is free!"

What do you like best about Wave? The fact that it does everything Quickbooks does (and more) and is FREE. I've used Quickbooks for 15 years, and I started having a lot of issues with the software and their customer service. I tried Wave out a couple of years ago but ended up going back to QB for their mobile app. However, QB started taking features away from the app, so I saw no reason to keep paying so much money for something when Wave does it all for free. And when it comes to the ...
