"A great automation tool!"

What do you like best about WalkMe? I love how it makes any website really interactive, something that I struggled to do in my previous job. It can be really useful to new users, less skilled or equipped personnels. What do you dislike about WalkMe? It doesn't offer a lot of variety in design. What do you like best about WalkMe? I like how easy it is to utilize the tool to implement the used cases at Flowers. What do you dislike about WalkMe? There is nothing about WalkMe I dislike persay, there are some things I'd like to see eventually! I know better analytics are coming so that's great! What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer experience in SuccessFactors has been great using WalkMe walk thrus.

"WalkMe is the new solution to increasing productivity and reducing support hours."

What do you like best about WalkMe? Just in time, help! I love that new hires now have a tool to help them transition between training and working. What do you dislike about WalkMe? This is a hard one. The only thing that stands out is the lack of capability to customize the Ireland Menu. What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you? WalkMe increases efficiency in repeated processes, reduces the time for onboarding, and reduces the support needed.

What do you like best about WalkMe? WalkMe allows you to add edits to the software to prevent bad data - without a need to customize your system. What do you dislike about WalkMe? Sometimes the training is not explicit about how to get to a feature to set it up. What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you? Preventing bad data on PeopleSoft - better interface data.

What do you like best about WalkMe? SmartWalkThrus eliminate wasted scrolls, clicks and confusion. And ShoutOuts ensure you reach every user with news. What do you dislike about WalkMe? We experience inconsistencies sometimes, and somehow they're always moving targets. What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you? WalkMe prevents users from the frustration of repeated error messages when they haven't completed forms--for example, on the Lead Conversion screen in Salesforce.

"Robust application for digital adoption"

What do you like best about WalkMe? At the core of WalkMe is helping users complete tasks in the application. They don't need to look up procedures or as a colleague. They get help where and when they need it. What do you dislike about WalkMe? I don't find the automatic element selectors work well. We have more success entering elements manually. It would be great if WalkMe implemented a 'Snooze' feature so that users could go back to a ShoutOut or Walk-thru that was auto-played at a later ...
