What do you like best about Waitwhile? Everything! So easy to creat appointment windows, manage a waitlist, and toggle between waiting, serving, and served. I like the chat function as well.

"Waitwhile is such a great tool to keep patients/clients in the know of their office visit."

What do you like best about Waitwhile? The easiness and efficiency of notifying a patient online whenever their turn is up next to visit the Doctor and the notification that directs them to visit the front desk so they can be roomed.

"Intuitive, user friendly, easily customizable!"

What do you like best about Waitwhile? That i can send custom message to our customers. I also like that we can set a geo-fence and that people can only register if they are within a certain proximity of the facility. Our staff likes the overall look and simplicity of using the app.

What do you like best about Waitwhile? Easy to use, logical formatting, and great way to communicate pertinent information about patients between multiple hospital departments. Also love how it helps the environment and we use less paper resources.

"AMAZING AND PLEASANT TO USE, VERY SMOOTH SOFTWARE AND EXPERIENCE WHILE USING THIS APPLICATION"

What do you like best about Waitwhile? HOW I CAN EDIT AND ADJUST THE THE CUSTOMER'S INFORMATION AND BE ABLE TO LABEL THE CUSTOMERS ON THE WAIT WHILE AS A NO-SHOW, AND YOU MAY BE ABLE PROPERLY TO REACH THEM THROUGH THE BUILT-IN SMS FEATURE. I ALSO APPRECIATE HOW EASY IT IS FOR CUSTOMERS TO BE ABLE TO SIGN UP AND GO; THERE ARE S ALSO OPTIONS AND VARIETIES TO GET FULL INFORMATION TO KNOW WHAT YOU'' EXPECT FROM THE NEXT CUSTOMER AND KNOW WHAT THEY NEED FROM ME NEXT.
