"Efficient queue management"

What do you like best about Waitwhile? Our method differs from many of their clients, and WaitWhile worked with us to find an efficient way to manage our queues, which are built on a priority points system. We are able to generate the points-based appointments using our process, and then upload them into the system for each of our shows' rebooking processes.

What do you like best about Waitwhile? Time-saving is the most helpful because scanning and checking in is so quick. It is straightforward and gives you all details the patient is here for. There is no comparison

What do you like best about Waitwhile? while using waitwhile customers can now sit in peace while waiting for there turn to come up. People no longer have to worry about waiting/looking for their number anxiously. Instead, they can receive a text and/or name called.

"Waitwhile meshes nicely with ServiceNow"

What do you like best about Waitwhile? The ability to edit the customer information to include ServiceNow ticket information, plus the fact that the ticket number is then displayed for easy reference, is very useful.

"Significantly Improved wait times using Waitwhile"

What do you like best about Waitwhile? Our 7-12 grade school district has one Central Enrollment Center. During our peak enrollment period, July and August, we have had lines with a wait time of up to eight hours. We would even have to cut the line off and advise people to come the next day. Utilizing Waitwhile, our families can schedule an appointment or join our electronic waitlist on a walk-in basis.
