What do you like best about Waitwhile? I know this isn't exactly the primary use case for Waitwhile, but we host an annual karaoke room party at a convention. Waitwhile gives us the ability for singers to sign themselves up for the wait list, and then go enjoy the rest of the convention--then, when they're third from the top of the list, they get a text message letting them know it's time to come sing. What do you like best about Waitwhile? We appreciate that our customers are no longer required to sit outside the office waiting for us to finish up with our previous appointment. They're able to grab a coffee, run an errand, or wander campus as they wait their turn. We've also stopped blocking pre-booked appointments for predetermined amounts of time.
