What do you like best? The tool is easy to use and there is fantastic support from the Waggl team. I like how you can see all the ideas being shared and see how people are voting while the pulse is open, and then get a great summary of results with key themes after it's done.

Waggl is fast, intuitive, anonymous, insightful information and data that allows leaders or managers at all levels of an organization the opportunity to tap into the "wisdom of the system." This is unique to Waggl alone in my experience - all leaders work hard to effectively communicate with their teams, but all too often this takes the form of "town hall" or other large group sessions, where many don't feel empowered to speak up, despite the great ideas or inputs ...

There are two things that stand out for me: (1) The ease with which I can "listen" to what a large group of people has to say and do it in a way that makes it clear what's most important; (2) Waggl is incredibly easy to use. What do you like best? Waggl is unique in that it allows for leaders to crowd-source information from its employees. The platform is MUCH more interesting than a typical survey, for both users and leaders alike. The platform is also very intuitive, easy for an employee to understand and navigate.
