"Easy to use, good customer service"

What do you like best about VWO Insights - Web? VWO is easy to use, also if you don't have any coding knowledge. Campaigns are easy to set up and reports are very visual and easy to share with colleagues. What do you dislike about VWO Insights - Web? The preview function has issues. It never loads in my current session, I have to open a new session in incognito mode. When it does work, it takes forever to load previews for the pages i'm testing. What do you like best about VWO Insights - Web? Creating A/B testing is easier compare to Optimizely (well, my optimizely experience is 1-2 years old now, not sure if they improved their interface).
