Excellent CRM for handling large data, manages sales force, automation as well as customer support.

What do you like best? I like working with VTiger , as it provides a lot of flexibility & customization. I find it to be very helpful in managing customers, contacts, keeping record of the emails , tracking all the follow ups and all activities related to sales. awful customer service

What do you like best? I had a hard time understanding the person from vtiger....couldn't understand a word they said and had kids in the back screaming......also they said they dont delete account if if you dont use it...they delete them....go for a legit crm company...not this one.....STAY AWAY What do you dislike? phone customer service, hard to implement What business problems are you solving with the product? vTiger - opensource is too much work.

What do you like best? I don't enjoy using vTiger. We implemented it to work with vicidial only. What do you dislike? After using SugarCRM, the community version of vTiger has been a challenge. There is a small, if not non-existent, community that uses the software and we have encountered too many incompatibilities with other platforms we would have liked to integrate. Lots of Features

What do you like best? Simple CRM that offers a number of features for a pretty low price. Also, the contract is month-to month, so you are not tied down to a contract and can export your data at any time .. very nice for people that don't exactly know what they are looking for with a CRM tool.
