What do you like best? Our account manager Sandeep is fantastic. Great customer service - always there to help! What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the simplicity. Looks very much like SugarCRM btw. Integrates with many other tools. What do you dislike? It's not as fun and engaging as other, newer CRMs. But's it's ok. Recommendations to others considering the product Nothing specific to recommend expect for, perhaps, training for whoever uses it.
