What do you like best? The web interface is great. I like how it is easy to manage opportunities, deal and quotations. The web services are great too. Great Product- Even more amazing support

What do you like best? vTiger is a very complete and cost effective solution that stands up with the best. I've used Netsuite, Salesforce, Zoho, and others and this has been the simplest experience. Superb CRM with amazing support.

What do you like best? As a fast growing non-profit charity, we desperatley needed a client database but didn't have the money to spend on one of the better known CRM's, so our IT guy suggested Vtiger.
