Countinious improvment since the beginning of the paid version
What do you like best? - vTiger is not anymore a simple CRM. Vtiger CRM is a great management system that is easy to use.
What do you like best? The advanced filtering system that allows you to select different parts of the system and search by queries, for example searching for leads that are from a certain source and were uploaded by the 1st of Jan. You can also select which fields you would like to be displayed when showing the results. What do you dislike? What do you like best? vTiger is continuously improving their product. I have been using vTiger on-demand for about a year now, and they've made tremendous improvements in functionality and the UI. I am taking full advantage of the custom modules feature to build workflows that fit my particular business. Very helpful with great support
What do you like best? I like how easy everything links together, from this I am able to produce insightful reports to help all aspects of the company. The live chat its self is very helpful also, I have used this for direction around the system when the upgrade came. Very flexible CRM system
What do you like best? The system is very flexible and can be adapted to the specific needs of your company. Many recurrent tasks can be automated which saves time for the users. Incoming and outgoing e-mails can automatically be added to the system. The support team is always very quick to respond to questions and implement requested changes. What do you dislike?
