Assistance for an email campaign

What do you like best? The possibility to contact the assistance via email or skype, seeing in real time what to do. What do you dislike? sometimes the audio of vtiger doesn't work properly. Recommendations to others considering the product try, try, try... and ask for assistance! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Any kind of problems lied to the organization, and, like today, the chance to make an email campaign.

What do you like best? The best part of the Vtiger CRM is the opensouce code that you can place on your own server and make any changes you see fit. Value for money with tons of features

What do you like best? The ability to customize almost all aspects! Though it can be difficult to setup initially, if enough time is invested in designing/customizing vTiger, the upside is limitless. For several months, my organization struggled with the setups and couldn't get it to work the way we wanted. Great price but needs to work on their UI

What do you like best? It keeps things pretty simple in terms of the basics under each view. Customizing each page and workflow is very intuitive as well. What do you dislike? The UI is overly cluttered and does not make much sense. They recently updated their UI but in my opinion they made it worse. Things are just more awkward to find now. What do you like best? The system is very intuitive and easy to use. What do you dislike? I haven't found anything I dislike at this time. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We run the entire process of our business through Vtiger. From the initial sales call, managing demos, the implementation project and all the way to any follow up cases.

Excellent system to modify and customize to our needs!

What do you like best? Our business model is complicated. Other CRM's were limited in field structure, vTiger allows exactly what we want, where we want it. Then, it's easy to find in the reports. It's easy to add and delete fields as we need for time sensitive accounts. What do you dislike? When exporting, instead of just the columns or fields we want, it exports a huge amount of data. What do you like best? I enjoy Vtiger CRM's simplicity and overall logical workflow. I also take advantage of how customizable it is to our business needs. What do you like best? CRM Users find it easy to navigate through so it made the implementation simple.
