A very intuitive and easy-to-use product

What do you like best? Vtiger is very intuitive to use, as well as making reports is very dynamic and simple. Our company was able to easily migrate to this platform complying with everything necessary. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The creation of modules regardless if it's starting things from scratch of editing the current ones, fits nicely with any company. This works regardless if it's product/service/hybrid-based. When it's paired with workflows and you have a fair idea on how it functions, everything you could ever think of is doable. What do you like best? I like that Vtiger is dynamic, and there are regularly coming new features there doing that my work become more easier. What do you like best? The structure in which the program is conceived is great, the way in which the processes of sales, collections, support and service orders are interrelated. What do you like best? The staff treatment when you have a problem. They really solve any issue. What do you dislike? nothing at all. I think all the tools that I user are really useful.
