What do you like best? I like that it's cloud and all in one with a ticketing system and also marketing funnel at the front What do you dislike? Document creation forms the non Web person isn't that easy technical service tickets Sales funnel and email tagging Marketing and edm measurement What business problems are you solving with the product?
