What do you like best? I have found the program to be intuitive and easy to use. Whenever I have had questions, the support team has been extremely responsive and helpful! What do you like best? A complete repository of a customer sales cycle: Leads, Marketing, Contacts, Organizations, Calendar, Pipeline management with workflows you can modify/customize for your specific business needs.
