What do you like best about Voxie? Voxie keeps our franchisee's customers in the loop with everything going on at the stores. I love that customers can reply and have a two-way conversation with the store employees if they have any questions.

"A must for any business wanting to keep in touch with customers"

What do you like best about Voxie? Such a great platform to stay in touch with customers, I cannot recommend it enough! Easy to use, great way to keep clients up to date on all promotions. Definitely a game-changer when it comes to driving traffic. I feel like I have found THE most fun avenue to reach out to customers while still able to deliver a promotional message with some personality.

What do you like best about Voxie? I love Voxie because I'm able to send text promotions to my entire contact list automatically! Having no previous technical background prior to using Voxie, I find the platform to be very user-friendly and easy to use. My customers love that the Voxie texts they receive are personalized to them and feel like they're texting with a real human (even though it's actually all being sent automatically). What do you like best about Voxie? The best part about Voxie is not having to worry about initiating the conversations and therefore focusing on responding to the customers in need. After inputting your customer data, you can segment your customers based on purchase history, persona, etc. and automate ongoing campaigns that will prompt a conversation.
