Good experience overall and excited for the new features

Very high quality global coverage DID and SIP Trunking provider
What do you like best? Very high quality and reliable service. We're yet to experience an outage incident or a relevant voice MOS degradation. Broad DID coverage for mobile and landline in most countries. Versatile and scalable SIP Trunking. The API allows us to automate most provision tasks, ans it's coverage is growing fast. What do you dislike? API still doesn't cover everything, but it's getting there. Price is not the cheapest, but price/quality ratio is top notch. ...

Good system, robust and scalable - Unflexible pricing
What do you like best? The system is scalable, versatile and can support high loads. Their API is robust, the documentation detailed, they offer coverage where competitors can't. Portability where competitors cant. What do you dislike? Their pricing is not flexible, they fight to keep their pricing tiers and seem non-understanding to the needs of a startup. I have tried to negotiate with them many times to get "help" to scale and there was no flexibility whatsoever, the same happened ...

Excellent VoIP service
What do you like best? Skype integration, very reliable service and great customer support. What do you dislike? Other providers are offering cheaper SIP trunks which suit most local small to medium businesses. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used Voxbone DIDs with Microsoft Lync (now Skype for Business) in the past.
