What do you like best? * Good selection of international DIDs * Very knowledgeable around solving regulation issues * Great customer service when answering technical questions What do you dislike? Great services experience with Voxbone so far.
What do you like best? We are using services with Voxbone from more than a decade, and we are very happy with their services so far. Their support is also very quick and fast. Our account manager at Voxbone is also very responsive. Web API is also very easy for buying and configuring numbers. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Voxbone's Self Service portal enables us to purchase, configure, modify, and cancel DIDs from around the world with ease. This greatly shortens timelines, as our team is able to deploy new numbers without waiting on turnaround time after submitting orders or tickets. What do you dislike? Best one stop source for SMS in multiple countries we've tried so far
What do you like best? The convenience of using one software to hit contacts via calls and SMS messages in multiple countries is the biggest draw for us. The software is easy to navigate and calls/messaging is a whiz to set up and schedule. What do you dislike? The only drawback is you're locked into a two-year contract, we'd love it if it was 6 months at a time or could get lapse period because we don't always need to use the tech every month. It's all automated, great!
What do you like best? All numbers on stock, API connection, good account management and support, pricing transparency. What do you dislike? It can be difficult to manage capacity with high peaks of calls What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can provide real-time provisioning of service to my customers because we order numbers via the API.

Our Rep Madina is amazing
What do you like best? Our Rep Madina is amazing. She is quick to answer questions and help on the drop of a dime. Voxbone Support is also very responsive. I also love the self service portal, very intuitive. What do you dislike? Nothing. I have not had any issues with Voxbone, What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Providing audio conferencing to our video conferencing service.

Excellent service and quick provisioning
What do you like best? Easy and quick access to provisioning and automatically testing a number for routing. What do you dislike? The unavailability of some countries and having to upgrade to world zone to access some countries that are geographically right next to eachother. What problems are you solving with the product?
