Your product is a breath of fresh air and the customer service really is the key. I’ve worked with Jeremy Richardson now over two office implementations and his knowledge, flexibility and professionalism has been so critically timely and efficient. If I’ve forgotten a step, Jeremy will jump on a quick call with me-even at the very end of his workday-to make sure my user experience is satisfactory. Vonage and Jeremy are now partners I value highly and can’t imagine working without.
