Awesome service! I needed to expedite having a vonage phone number for our team, I called their contact number and they transferred me immediately to their Sales Executive, Gilbert. It was a smooth transaction. He explained the process well and sent me quotation. The offer was great! They will adjust to what you need. Excellent and super helpful customer service. Leo was quick and responsive to all of the questions we asked and went above and beyond to help me recover my account. I was ready to leave vonage because of bad experiences but because of his can do attitude and ability to get things done, I will stay a customer. Thank you Leo!

Jimmy was so patient

Jimmy was so patient with me. I am LEGALLY BLIND and navigating the screens isn't easy when you've never seen them and use special software to SEE. I had several hiccups due to recent Vonage account changes I'd made before calling you but Jimmy stuck it out and was even impressed that I was doing as well as I did considering my blindness. Good guy!

Gilbert Hebbert is AWESOME!

Gilbert Hebbert was so helpful with the sales process. He answered all of my questions and made sure that he was providing me with the specific systems my business needed.
