Steven Zamora was great working with to set-up my Vonage business account. He made everything easy to understand and would follow-up with any questions or concerns I had. Steven would transfer me to other departments to assist after I signed up. The departments may not be able to answer your questions immediately however, they will either follow-up via email or contact you via phone. It's only been one month.

Super Duper! I received a call from the initial rep that transferred me to Leonardo. Leonardo was able to explain everything to me in details, he helped me to select the right plan. I was very well taking care of. I got my numbers and activated my plan, and got everything I needed. Thanks

Great Value and Service!
Came on to ask a few questions and was connected to Martin Lopez. The value and great service given to me by Martin converted me to a customer right away. Looking forward to continue my setup. Vonage seems to offer great value for my business' communication needs and the ability to upgrade or downgrade easily is a plus! And the customer service I have received from Martin so far has been STELLAR!

Great Help!
Message vonage through their online chat forum to ask some questions and was connected to Martin Lopez. He explained everything very well and was very helpful with the set up process. Even when I had slight difficulties understanding what he was saying he still took the time to repeat without any hint of anger or annoyance which is Extremely helpful to a customer not so savy in setting this up. Looking forward to working with him today to finish setting up the line.
