Steven was extremely helpful with getting me set up.

Delvis "Tim" was great

Delvis "Tim" was great. He's one of the main reasons for my business. I was on a time crunch, worried I wasn't going to be able to get service in time before ATT charged me another huge amount. (I'm out of contract with them). He was very responsive. We missed each other for several calls, but I still got this completed in 24 hours with the knowledge that I will be connected with Vonage within my time frame. I'm activating today.

Gerald Mendoza is an expert customer service/sales rep. He listened, understood my needs, promptly supplied a quote and followed up to close the sale. If I was a call center manager, I would want as many Geralds as I could find. I can't think of any way how he could have done better. I was so frustrated with Zoon Phone I was ready to reject whatever he said, but I was delighted instead. Thanks Gerald!
