First person I talked to, Kevin, was very kind and sweet....he even came back to the call before transferring me to wish me happy birthday for my birthday tomorrow. Gerald was very attentive and knowledgeable. He worked with me to get a good price and the features I need. He was very patient with me.

"Vonage has everything you need in a business telecom provider!"
What do you like best about Vonage Business Communications? Vonage has a clean user interface. I appreciate that I can always see when my coworkers are online and can be messaged. My contact book is easily integrated with other devices, and the mobile app is a pleasure to use as well. It has allowed my personal business to flourish in the new state where I reside. What do you dislike about Vonage Business Communications? In my experience, Vonage numbers get flagged as Spam much more quickly ...

My rep was Gerald Mendoza. He was very helpful. If not for Gerald, I would have moved on to another company. Customer service at Vonage is not a strong suit. It also took me several hours to find a real person I could speak with about my situation. At least I found someone I can count on at Vonage...
